The Gnostic Gospels ?

Given the actual information provided by Mohammed in the Qur'an on the life of Jesus, it surely seems that such is indeed the case... (various apocryphal Infancy Gospel accounts, a Docetist view of the Crucifixion, etc).

  1. Agreed! The Qur'an also lends evidence to the theory that Muhammad understood the doctrine of the Trinty to include Allah, Jesus, and Mary (Sura 5:116).

  2. That I can at least understand... what I can't understand, however, is how on earth he came to the idea that Mary the Mother of God was the same person as Mary the sister of Moses and Aaron, who lived one and a half millennia before... [who knows? Maybe both are the same with Mary Magdalene, the beloved disciple of modern Gnosticism, to whom Jesus promised that (s)he will never taste death (or something like that... who ever said that God is in the details, right? That proverb is: Not. In. The Bible)].

  3. Agreed!

For two are those that bear witness on earth: Lvka and Wesley: and these two agree in one.. (That was me acting like Mohammed referencing the Bible..)

  4. Agreed!

As the great Prophet Daud (peace be upon him; and Jihad be upon others that we don't like) once wrote in the Zabur: "The bloggers of the earth set themselves, and the Christians take counsel together, against Allah, and against his anointed Prophet and his Qur'an"...
